No, once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can reject the delivery when it arrives, and initiate a return/refund within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 days to reflect the amount in your account.
Cancellation within 30 minutes is usually free. After that, a small processing fee may be applicable depending on the order status. This will be clearly communicated during cancellation.
